Sasha's practice involves all aspects of labor and employment law. Sasha's experience includes defending employers in wage and hour class action litigation, in breach of contract claims, and in whistleblower claims before federal agencies. Sasha also provides counseling to employers on issues such as employment policies and procedures, wage and hour compliance, and reductions in force. In addition, Sasha has experience assisting clients in labor negotiations and related arbitration, under both the National Labor Relations Act and the Railway Labor Act.
Sasha received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Yale University. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law, where she served as editor-in-chief of the Public Interest Law Journal. Prior to joining Bello Black & Welsh, LLP, Sasha was an associate in the Labor & Employment group at O'Melveny & Myers, LLP, one of the 50 largest U.S. law firms. Sasha is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and California.
